A reception and guided tour for FLH members of the exhibition Hogarth; Place and Progress at Sir John Soane’s Museum

Sir John Soane’s Museum is a national museum and displays the extraordinary collections amassed by renowned British architect Sir John Soane, including antiquities, furniture, sculptures, architectural models and drawings, and paintings including work by Hogarth, Turner and Canaletto. In the current special exhibition all of the paintings and engravings in Hogarth’s series will be united for the first time to examine his complex views on morality, the society and the city.

This evening has been arranged for the Friends of Leighton House and will start with a drinks reception followed by a tour which lasts about one hour. There is no charge.

As numbers are restricted to 15 early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment so please contact us without delay.
